Pretty Good Pho - Edit
Pho was good, they have a clearly marked vegan option which is very appreciated. I'm personally not a fan of bell peppers and there are a lot of bell peppers in the pho, however, I do think it has improved since the last time I went there which was two years ago. The portions are quite large and depending on how hungry you are you could get two servings out of one bowl.

Decent vegan pho - Edit
Had the Vegan Pho - was decent but low on intense flavor. Overall decent though. Could use some more spice or jalepenos.
