Only vegetable tofu pho available for vegans - Edit
Came here and was told that since Covid, they don't offer all the vegan options anymore. Also the crispy onions are vegan too. But I must say... that their tofu vegetable pho is AMAZING.

Lots of options - Edit
Ask the server for vegan options and there are tons, from pad Thai to pho, fried rice, noodle dishes etc. They are happy to have vegans here and that's refreshing.

Vegan Pho and Vietnamese Dishes - Edit
I don't know about you, but I have had a hard time finding delicious vegan Vietnamese food. In one of my food adventures, I came across this restaurant. I didn't really expect too much because of other experience, but I was blown away. First, the gentleman helping us recognize that I was vegan. He asked me if I was vegan or vegetarian. Next thing, on his own, he brings me a vegan sauce to replace the fish sauce I had in front of me. The sauce was absolutely delicious and it paired well with my noodles AND! It tasted Vietnamese. Woohoo! He also tells me all of the dishes that can be turned vegan. So vegan friendly! He even gave me a complementary vegan Thai ice tea. Overall, I just felt like their vegan menu is healthy and it is growing. The food was delicious and they welcome Vegans with open arm.
