The only thing bad about Pho Momma is the wait time.
Read moreThis tiny restaurant in an unassuming strip-mall won a nod from Michelin with a Bib Gourmand, which means great value and quality. And they deserve it.
I've been here many times and am happy that they maintain the separate vegan menu (ask for it) which hits all the high notes:
Veggie pho loaded with tofu (seriously a medium makes two meals), springrolls, and vermicelli bowls with multiple add-ins.
They also have multiple appetizer options, rice plates, and even vegan drinks like shakes and boba.
You won't be disappointed.
