Really wanted Pho - Edit
Noticed their vegetable and tofu pho option via online menu. When I dined in and inquired if the broth is vegan friendly- was unfortunately told that it wasn’t. I did not eat at this establishment for that reasoning

Very disappointed that you cannot order the Pho vegan. The only 2 both options available are chicken and beef.
