Off day or poor recommendation

I had heard they had some of the better vegan pho in town but I'm not sure about that. The salad rolls were fine but the pho broth was bland and more importantly, the broccoli had some dark spots and the tofu tasted sour. I didn't feel or get sick but didn't finish either as I couldn't be sure. Not sure if I'd ever return.
