Veggie Pho soup is not vegan

FYI the veggie pho is made with chicken broth. As with most Voetnamese restaurants, you can order a bun salad and hold the fish sauce. However, their tofu is not cooked very well. They don't do a good job of draining/squeezing it and just cube it up and plop it into the soup. For true vegan pho, try Pho Hanoi, whose broth is completely vegan.
