Delicious Pho, Great Service - Edit
Stopped in for lunch with husband (omni) and baby. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for the little one. Menu is clearly labeled and has multiple vegan options.
Read moreI had the veggie pho, and the regular size was perfect for a filling lunch. According to husband, egg rolls were delightfully crispy. Baby approved of the veggies and the tofu from the pho.

Grateful for Vegan Pho - Edit
The bowl of Pho is available in two sizes (regular and large), and the waiter said, "The regular is great if you are hungry, and the large is for when you are starving!" 🤣 I got the regular, and it was A LOT of food, loaded with veggie and noodles, which meant not a lot of broth, but I'm sure I can ask for the noodles on the side next time, and load them into the broth as I go. The service was great, I love the booths in the back, their chili oil has only 5 ingredients (the waiter brought it to the table to show me it had no fish sauce or anything), super nice, great experience when I was specifically craving Pho in Redmond. They have other tofu dishes, but I haven't tried them, and I'm only in town for a day.
