Pho Chay! - Edit
They were very happy to accommodate vegan pho (specialty noodle soup), which I love! Anytime you add "chay" at the end of a Vietnamese dish, it denotes vegan. Inexpensive & delicious!

Simple, naturally flavored food served by this establishment that is aware of vegan / vegetarian options- though I would always remind them of what not to put
