Very kind owner and fantastic food - Edit
I’ve found it rare to get a vegan menu at Vietnamese restaurants in Japan but there are two pages of options and the owner is also happy to create a vegan version of Pho if you ask her. She doesn’t speak English but is very accommodating and told us how her mother is vegan and that she wanted to create options for others here too! Food is also very tasty and reasonably priced.

Vegan options at Vietnamese restaurant - Edit
We went less than an hour before closing and they were still happy to serve us. The noodle bowl was sold out by then so if you want that make sure you go earlier. I had the tofu dish with rice and it was delicious. My non-vegan sister enjoyed her meal too (had meat). The staff were friendly and helpful, I’d recommend.

Surprise vegan food at a hidden Vietnamese restaurant in Tokyo! - Edit
It's rare to come across vegan specified menus in Asian restaurants, but here I can tell you this hidden gem! As you can see, they surprised me with their vegan pages. The chef is a Vietnamese lady who cannot speak English, but she was creating a warm space with her big smiles. My order was salad noodles with thick fried tofu and tomato sauce hamburger steak. The noodle dish was delicious. Although they still serve animal-based food, I appreciate their effort for the vegan choices on the menu.
