Got take away pho, and it was pretty sad looking. Not many veggies and aromatics but the tofu was spectacular and the broth was also pretty good.

Delicious tofu vegetable pho. Broth was flavorful with great salt content. Veggies were super fresh. Avocado tools were pretty basic but delicious. Let’s be honest- just a vessel to eat peanut sauce. Would try the tofu spring rolls. Staff was super friendly! They had tons of regular customers so they are definitely doing something right.

Simple but delicious Pho - Edit
Ordered takeout 2 times from here so far. They clearly marked the veggie broth with a piece of broccoli and the menu has a clear vegan section. The tofu and avocado roll are both pretty good. Hits the spot if you are craving warm broth. Also, their online ordering system is great and allows you to customize every ingredient.
