The owner is Vietnamese , the worker there speaks mandarin , I really like the design of the whole store, look so different from the front door outside, I guess the mall mandatory them to have certain style of the front door signs, I truly love the decoration inside the store and the food are so clean and fresh im truly thankful . cám ơn

The veggie pho is passable. - Edit
The bowl of pho is large and filled with fresh veggies, so that was good. But whereas my husband ordered the short rib pho and got a TON of meat, there were two tiny pieces of tofu in my bowl, so that was disappointing. The veggie pho broth has no real flavor as it should. No star anise, no spices. They gave us one small plate of toppings to share, and that was kinda weird to me. That said, it’s clean, service is good and friendly, and there are a couple of veggie options (maybe a bahn mi or a rice dish too besides pho). I’d personally recommend Saigon Casa in PJ instead and give this one a miss unless you’re pressed for time and in the area.
