We love Pho Ever! - Edit

Tofu fresh rolls, tofu vermicelli noodle bowl (sub peanut sauce for the fish sauce), tofu fried rice (minus egg), and pho with veggie broth will set you up right.

Absolutely delicious. They can make so many of their dishes vegan. My favorites avocado spring roll, tofu spring roll and the ramen. Portion sizes are large so I eat the ramen 2x.

Great vegan options and always open (almost) - Edit

Vegan Pho made with veggie broth, tofu and vegetables was very good. I also had the tofu spring rolls also very good and prices are reasonable. The best part is the restaurant is open until 2:30 am - 7 days a week with take out service only from 2:30 until 4:00 am. Perfect coming home from late nights out. Very close to I-5 freeway.

Pros: Good vegan options, reasonable prices, open late.
