Enjoyable - Edit
The only vegan option is the Vegan Pho. The kind gentleman that took my order said that he would ask them to make me some spring rolls with tofu vs shrimp. The pho was such a good size that I really had to force the spring rolls in (I couldn’t not eat them after they went out of their way for me). Thoroughly enjoyable - I just wish that they had more than one vegan option.
