Serves meat, vegan options available. Vietnamese noodle house. For the vegetarian menu items you could specify vegan. Uses a vegan sauce instead of fish sauce for tofu vermicelli bowls. Around 10 or so vegan suitable dishes including soup, coconut-lemongrass tofu, vermicelli bowls plus a few appetizers like the mung bean and tofu spring rolls. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-3:30pm.

Awesome vegan choices

Had a vermicelli tofu bowl and it was delicious. They are generous with the food, too. Great service.

Pros: Very filling portions, Delicious food

Cons: No cons!

Yummy in my tummy

I would rate 5 stars but restaurant has to be fully vegan.... honestly full vegan restaurants struggle or are over priced or far away from convenient locations. As far as I know pho cali was gladly willing to make any dish vegan for our family.

An okay choice

Headed here when we found Lila fully booked with a 1.5hr wait. They have a veggie select in the back of the menu that doesn’t specifically label anything vegan. They were able to make me the chicken pho with vegetable stock as the veggie and tofu soup option in the veggie section did not have noodles.. Adding tofu was an extra $3 in the pho, a bit steep. Not a great pho. Overly sweet broth like they added a lot of sugar to it. The tofu fresh rolls were nice. My partner had the lemongrass tofu bowl and added broccoli. It was okay. Not a place I would make plans to return to particularly but not bad in a pinch.

Pros: Vegan options, We’re quickly seated even when place was full, Fresh rolls were good

Cons: Sugary veggie broth, They charge $3 extra for tofu in the pho

My favorite restaurant in Sarasota!

This is probably the best tasting vietnamese food I've had. So flavorful and perfectly cooked. The staff are very knowledgeable about the vegan diet. My favorite is the lemongrass tofu vermicelli bowl--So so good! Other yummy options are the spring rolls with mung beans, vegetable soup with tofu, and coconut-lemongrass tofu and rice.
They only have indoor sitting.

Pros: So so flavorful, knowledgeable staff
