as a lot of vegan restaurants were closed on mon/tue and there are not so many that offer soups, we went here. the pho was really good, but the fried rice with vegan chicken was not so good. the atmosphere is a bit weird and the tables and chairs uncomfortable but all in all a good option

I will never stop going on about pho! It’s so freeing to eat somewhere that’s basically 100% gluten free and so reliably tasty. Brighton’s Hot & Spicy tofu pho was just as good as ever, with literally dozens of other great vegan options. Couldn’t recommend higher (start a loyalty scheme, please 😂)

Totally impressed as a take away option. I order the curried broth Pho with a side of spring rolls. Portion sizes are absolutely massive. Pho comes with a little basket to separate the broth from the ingredients until you are home. Making it feel extra fresh. Little bag included for herbs and chillis - so you can add as much or as little as you like. Served with “This Isn’t Chicken”. Vegan items clearly marked on the menu.

Very fresh. Reasonable pricing considering the size of the portions. I could have easily split it over two meals. Packaging for the take away also very good. No leaking or spilling.
One happy customer and I hope to return or visit another location in the future.

I came here with an omni friend and was pleasantly surprised by the number of veggie options, clearly marked. The food (summer rolls & green pho with tofu puffs) was good but not the best Vietnamese I've had - I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here again but I also wouldn't particularly avoid it!

A lot of vegan options to choose from. Even the prawn crackers are vegan. The vegan pho was amazing. Lotus stems salad was very flavourful and tasty.

Good range of tasty food choices - Edit
I’ve never been to one of these places, which I understand is a chain serving ‘Vietnamese’ food. Stir fried rice, noodles, soups, curry etc. Lots of interesting starters too, eg pancake, spring rolls, summer rolls. Interesting drinks including a Thai basil Martini. The only pudding would be a banana fritter with sorbet so very lacking there! I would have been curious to try the traditional coffee which is served with condensed milk (you can get vegan versions of this these days!) But didn’t fancy it black… my choice I guess, just saying there is room for improvement here.
