I absolutely love their vegan pho, pho sate & veggie spring rolls. The flavour is awesome and they load their vegan phos with so much veg! It generally has broccoli, daikon, carrot, onion, mushrooms, tofu & then of course the bean sprouts & basil. I eat pho at least once a week and they by far have the largest portion & the most veg in theirs compared to others. They don’t skimp on the tofu either - they give a really generous portion.

Overall - I am deff a happy customer! Keep it up Pho Boy!

They have a couple vegan options but honestly the Pho just tasted bland, almost like plain vegtable broth with noodles. If your looking for good vegan Pho I would recommend Dang Good instead.

Everything was delicious. We got the vegan pho and the Vegan Banh Xeo, both were outstanding and the service was great! Go!!

A tasty fun spot to grab some pho or vermicelli with friends. Pho Boy has a separate (green) vegetarian menu with most items being vegan. The vegan legend rolls are amazing! If you’re vegan or vegetarian don’t have the shrimp chips that they bring complimentary to your table.

Their vermicelli bowls are a great portion and with spring rolls for $12. Has a whole veggie menu. Definitely going back. Has updated menu specifically for vegan.
