Vietnamese vibes

We went here around 17.00. We had to wait around 20 minutes before we were seated, but that didn't seem like a long time, since there were still a lot of people behind us waiting for way longer (normally, this is a good thing).
Once we were seated, our order was taken super quickly. However, it took a while (around 20 minutes) to serve our drinks and starters. This was alright, but it took one extra hour to serve our main dishes.
The food didn't look super instagramable (no idea if is a word) and the portions were small. The amount of salt was over the roof (which makes it tasty, but not quality food).
The worst part was that I mentioned that I'm vegan and still got the wrong non-vegan sauce (with a dish that was marked as vegan). Twice. This was a bit disappointing. But, once mentioned, they replaced it directly with the vegan version. so, please be aware when you order the crispy rolls (starter) and rice bowls (I had the cauliflower rice bowl with tofu).

Even though I have a lot of comments, I would still advise you to check this place out due to the many vegan options.
However, almost all other restaurants in blue water do have vegan options (which you can check on the blue water website).

Pros: Cauliflower rice option, Cheap, Authentic

Cons: Mistakes, Salty, Waiting time
