Menu selection appeared average to me. Prices were higher than expected but portions were large. I liked my food and would return.

Easy to be vegan at Pho Bistro - Edit
I am new to the vegan diet. The waitress at Pho Bistro, a Vietnamese restaurant made ordering VERY easy. They have a large vegetarian selection on the menu that is easily adapted for vegans. Delicious and good service!!
Pros: Excellent food, Good value & large portions, Off street parking in the back
