not a great broth. In Sunnyvale try "merit vegan", In San Jose I like "vegan cutie pot" and "tofoo com chay". I hope we can get some good Vietnamese food in Palo Alto soon!

Excellent vegan pho - Edit
Look no further for a yummy bowl of vegan pho with loads of tofu/veggies/mushrooms and a rich broth. Super clean and stylish restaurant with fast, friendly service, and vegan options for all of your favorite starters, noodle soup, rice dishes ... We are so happy to have found this place and will definitely be back again! I'd give it 5 stars but that option is only available for fully vegan restaurants!
