Serves meat, vegan options available. Two vegetable broths for soup are available. Vegetable pho has tofu, mushrooms, bok choy, carrots, other vegetables, and rice noodles. Will make vegan appetizers including summer rolls with peanut sauce and egg rolls with tofu instead of meat. Egg roll wraps are not made with egg. Has a hot pot side of the restaurant where patrons can create their own vegan hot pot with vegetable broth, noodles, and lots of vegetables. Has 2-3 different kinds of tofu available. Open Tue-Sat 11:00am-9:30pm, Sun 1:00pm-9:30pm.

Just fabulous! - Edit

This is the only restaurant that serves vegan pho in west palm beach (that I know of). The pho is amazing, the hot pot is fabulous, and the service is outstanding. I like the atmosphere and quality of food. Definitely try this place out. Make sure you read all the signs on the hot pot side and let them know you are vegan. They are very accommodating.

Pros: Delicious, Friendly, PHO!!!!

Cons: Sometimes it's cold in there.

Pho and Hot Pot - Edit

Great place, only place we know in our area with Vegetarian broth. Next time we will try the hot pot, there are so many vegetarian choices! The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable about what was appropriate for our dietary needs. Vegetables extremely fresh and plenty of noodles! Only wish they were closer, we would go more often.

Pros: Excellent , fresh food, Delicious vegetarian broth, Friendly staff

Cons: Little out of the way for us

food great, service not - Edit

We had the curry puffs, at the recommendation of another reviewer. They were good! Tasted like samosas. The Pho was HOT HOT and delicious. I wasn't a fan of the long bunch of mushrooms but the rest was really good. My not veg friend enjoyed it too. The service was sub-par but our food did come out fairly quickly. The server just wasn't all that bubbly and didn't keep up with the drinks.

Great Group Location - Edit

Hot Pot is they bring the basics and complete with ingredients from the refrigerator then cook it on the hot plate at the table. Great fun. Hint, try the curry puffs.

WOW. how to spell -- huge disappointment? i just did.

for veggie folks, two items on the menu for vegetarians/vegan.

when asking the server to omit the broth from veg pho she became unsettled and said i must speak to THE LADY.

THE LADY, i'm guessing the owner, came out in a huff. i politely and sweetly asked about having a dry noodle bowl, vegetarian. she raised her voice, yelling to me that she can't alter the menu and that they are not professional cooks. I AM NOT KIDDING; she was yelling. it was really comical. very sweetly i stated that we'd like to come back again and may i have the veg pho, no broth -- basically a dry veg noodle bowl -- and can the cook do that? again, yelling -- that would have no flavor, no taste. i said, no problem, with the basil and lime and cilantro, i will be very happy.

my veg noodle bowl arrived and had VERY OVERCOOKED NOODLES. so much so that it was a ball of noodles difficult to separate. mush texture.
my carnivore friends were very happy w/ their meals (beef + shrimp).

Best Pho in SoFla! - Edit

I eat here almost every week because their veggie pho is amazing. The owner/cook is super nice and will personalize the pho with vegetables he knows I like. The vegetable pho has two kinds of tofu, rice noodles, bok choy, mushrooms, carrots, lotus root, onion, and other veggies and its outstanding! They even have two variations of the vegetable broth- the regular and the sauté (with peanut oil, lemongrass, garlic and other seasoning). Pho comes with basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeno as garnish. If you like spicy food, you will love the house-made chili oil in the pho. I also order the summer rolls with tofu instead of meat and its very tasty and served with a delicious peanut sauce. This place is very veg friendly, clean, and inexpensive. The owners are also very friendly, hospitable people.

***Update*** I added a new photo of their updated Pho Chay (veg pho). It now has broccoli and snap peas too! Unfortunately my favorite tofu was discontinued (and the owner apologizes every time I eat there and says they went straight to the tofu manufacturer and cannot get it anymore), but they still serve the Pho with at least two different variations of tofu. They will customize the vegetables as requested. Last night I requested additional mushrooms.

I prefer the summer rolls but they will also make vegan fried spring rolls.

Phocking amazing! - Edit

Had the hot pot dinner for two with the veggie broth. There is an entire wall of coolers full of fresh veggies, noodles, dumplings, and proteins. They have fried tofu which is unseasoned. Be careful when choosing tofu because there is one that has been marinated in fish sauce but it is clearly marked. The staff is incredibly charming, the restaurant is bright and very clean. This place might serve meat, but they are SUPER veg friendly! I cannot wait to go again and try something new!! On top of the food and staff being awesome, the food is cheap too!

Pros: Great food, Friendly staff, Fast service
