Will make vegan appetizers including summer rolls with peanut sauce and egg rolls with tofu instead of meat. Egg roll wraps are not made with egg. Has a hot pot side of the restaurant where patrons can create their own vegan hot pot with vegetable broth, noodles, and lots of vegetables. Has 2-3 different kinds of tofu available. Veggie & Tofu Pho is On Point - Edit
Excellent vegetable and tofu pho. I also had the curry puffs as a most delicious appetizer. This place is great. Feels like a true family owned Vietnamese restaurant. Always friendly. With lots of vegan options.

Great But Not Perfect. - Edit
I had the hotpot, the vegetable broth was much tastier than i expected it was savory and slightly sweet with a spice that tasted like star anise. The food to cook in the broth had a good variety. There was edamame dumplings, vegetable dumplings, tofu skins, fried tofu puffs, some type of tofu on a stick, lots of vegetables and lots of noodles. A really huge variety for vegetarians.
Read moreMake sure to wait until the end to add noodles once the broth has absorbed all the flavors of the vegetables and tofu then you can make the best bowl of ramen you have ever had.
Pros: Many vegetarian options, good food, fun experience
Cons: Mediocre service, meats and veggies share a cooler

Never again - Edit
We have been going to this restaurant for years. Today we went and the vegetable pho broth tasted like plain hot water. Awful waste of $9!!!! I would give it a zero after today but there is no zero option.

Just fabulous! - Edit
This is the only restaurant that serves vegan pho in west palm beach (that I know of). The pho is amazing, the hot pot is fabulous, and the service is outstanding. I like the atmosphere and quality of food. Definitely try this place out. Make sure you read all the signs on the hot pot side and let them know you are vegan. They are very accommodating.

Pho and Hot Pot - Edit
Great place, only place we know in our area with Vegetarian broth. Next time we will try the hot pot, there are so many vegetarian choices! The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable about what was appropriate for our dietary needs. Vegetables extremely fresh and plenty of noodles! Only wish they were closer, we would go more often.

food great, service not - Edit
We had the curry puffs, at the recommendation of another reviewer. They were good! Tasted like samosas. The Pho was HOT HOT and delicious. I wasn't a fan of the long bunch of mushrooms but the rest was really good. My not veg friend enjoyed it too. The service was sub-par but our food did come out fairly quickly. The server just wasn't all that bubbly and didn't keep up with the drinks.

Best Pho in SoFla! - Edit
I eat here almost every week because their veggie pho is amazing. The owner/cook is super nice and will personalize the pho with vegetables he knows I like. The vegetable pho has two kinds of tofu, rice noodles, bok choy, mushrooms, carrots, lotus root, onion, and other veggies and its outstanding! They even have two variations of the vegetable broth- the regular and the sauté (with peanut oil, lemongrass, garlic and other seasoning). Pho comes with basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeno as garnish. If you like spicy food, you will love the house-made chili oil in the pho. I also order the summer rolls with tofu instead of meat and its very tasty and served with a delicious peanut sauce. This place is very veg friendly, clean, and inexpensive. The owners are also very friendly, hospitable people.
Read more***Update*** I added a new photo of their updated Pho Chay (veg pho). It now has broccoli and snap peas too! Unfortunately my favorite tofu was discontinued (and the owner apologizes every time I eat there and says they went straight to the tofu manufacturer and cannot get it anymore), but they still serve the Pho with at least two different variations of tofu. They will customize the vegetables as requested. Last night I requested additional mushrooms.
I prefer the summer rolls but they will also make vegan fried spring rolls.

Phocking amazing! - Edit
Had the hot pot dinner for two with the veggie broth. There is an entire wall of coolers full of fresh veggies, noodles, dumplings, and proteins. They have fried tofu which is unseasoned. Be careful when choosing tofu because there is one that has been marinated in fish sauce but it is clearly marked. The staff is incredibly charming, the restaurant is bright and very clean. This place might serve meat, but they are SUPER veg friendly! I cannot wait to go again and try something new!! On top of the food and staff being awesome, the food is cheap too!
