Nice Option in Conroe - Edit
This is a nice option if you’re in Conroe. The menu has a specific section for the vegetarian dishes.
Read moreMake sure you tell them you want the vegetable broth in the vegetable pho. The waitress highly recommended the beef broth because the vegetable broth isn’t very flavorful. She was right; it’s pretty bland. However, there are sauces on the table that you can mix in (soy, sriracha, etc.). I enjoyed it regardless.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the prices are really reasonable. I would go back if I were in the area.

This restaurant has five vegetarian options. All could be made vegan I believe. Staff is very knowledgeable and respectful of vegan patrons. Tofu vermicelli is probably the best, but if you’re watching your oil intake I would recommend the pho/vegetable soup. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean.
