Veggie pho on point! - Edit
The vegetable and tofu pho with veggie broth was delicious! The broth had a bit of a kick to it but was the perfect amount of spice for me. Skip the tofu/veggie summer roll though. Will definitely return!

The pho here isn't as good as Pho 95, or Pho Duy, but it is typically less busy here and they're open late. As a warning to those who don't like spice, the base broth is spicier than most other pho places.

We got the tofu and vegetable dish. One with rice noodles, the other with white rice. The flavor is just ok. You have to ask them to leave out the fish sauce

Veggie Pho Just OK - Edit
Pho is all about the broth, and this wasn’t my favorite. It was more spicy than rich — not crazy spicy, but enough that I didn’t add any jalapeños or red peppers, which I usually do. It probably would have been fine if I hadn’t been expecting comfort food. I ordered extra veggies, and they were excellent. Crisp tender (no soggy frozen veggies here!). I was glad to have ordered the small bowl with extra veggies, but next time I’ll try another veggie dish.

Veggie noodle bowl is awesome!! - Edit
We came here with some Denver friends who raved about this place and now we are hooked even though we live in Estes Park!! We LOVE the veggie noodle bowl. It is chock full of veggies, nicely spiced, huge portion and inexpensive. Anytime we are in Denver we will eat here as it is that good!!! And you feel so good after eating this healthy delicious food. HiGHLY RECOMMEND!!
