It’s all in the broth - Edit
Everyone who phos, knows, that there are two types of veg broth. There are the simple, let-me-heat-something-up-in-back sort of batches - and then there are those complex, been-cooking-all-day concoctions. I’m happy to report that Pho 95 Noodle House brews bowls of the latter variety. Top that off with fresh and snappy veggie fixings, and hot-diggity damn, you’ve got yourself a steamy, sensory delight.

This is the best pho around - not just in Denver. I've never had such flavorful pho (pre-vegan days included). Make any excuse to go here!

5stars!! This is definitely the best vegan pho in Denver Colorado. I’ve tried it everywhere. Their broth is excellent. Super busy all the time but they run in like a machine. Try it!

the best pho ever. They always confirm of you want vegan broth. I always get the pho chay. And super clean place. Good portion size. Amazing customer service. Never had to wait for my food.

I’ve been going to Pho 95 for about 8 years, mostly their Southglenn location, but everyone there is so nice and it’s always a great experience. I get the pho chay with veggie broth and extra tofu. They have amazing tofu spring rolls as well, and coconut juice with coconut meat inside!! Personally I do also have a severe seafood allergy, so it’s nice to know I’ll always have a safe place to eat!!

Best Vegan Pho Anywhere - Edit
I’ve tried every pho restaurant (mostly because Pho 95 is so far from me), and nothing compares to Pho 95. They don’t skimp on portions! The broth actually has flavor, and I know it’s vegan. Most pho restaurants don’t understand what vegan/vegetarian is and will serve you meat broth or fish sauce, or if it is vegan it’s completely flavorless broth.

The vegan pho here is excellent. Be sure to specify vegetable broth. Restaurant is in a nice shopping center and near the movie theatre. Around Christmas there is ice skating at the center of the shopping center so a hot bowl of pho after skating is perfect.

BEST PHO IN DENVER! - Edit
I get the large veggie pho (pho chay) with vegan broth because it's so good I can't bring myself to order the small. They also have a veggie noodle salad (bun chay) that I haven't even tried because their pho is so good. Their fresh veggie rolls are also delish! These people do it right! Beware you will leave with a food baby.

Amazing vegetarian pho, unfortunately it's not gluten free. They use a small amount of soy sauce in the vegetarian broth. I am pretty sensitive to gluten, but I haven't had a reaction when eating here. Just be careful if you have Celiac Disease! Also, they don't understand the term gluten, but they know what you mean if you tell them you have a "wheat allergy". Our server was very helpful in explaining which sauces contained a lot of wheat so I knew which ones to avoid.

Pho 95 - Edit
So there are a plethora of Pho restaurants near Pho 95, no lie. Pho 55, Pho 888, Pho 777 - just add a random number after the word Pho and I'm sure there's a restaurant with the same name nearby. The thing about Pho 95 is that it's packed, every night, while the other restaurants are pretty dead. If that's not indicative of the goodness of the food, I don't know what is.
Read moreSo Pho 95 has about 8-9 vegan/vegetarian items listed on its menu - and I made an observation, upon overhearing other conversations within the restaurant, there were many vegetarians there too (and that's both times that I went - yes, it's so good that I went two nights in a row).
The Pho Chay is my favorite by far! But be sure to specify vegetable broth. The pho is spicy and chock-full of vegetables, tofu, and noodles. Everything was cooked to perfection; I've never had pho as good as Pho 95's in my life. The vegetarian spring rolls were also very tasty, but honestly, the food comes out so quickly that it's pointless to order an appetizer.
Pho 95 will not disappoint, they were even voted as "Best Vegetarian Meal at a Non-Vegetarian Restaurant in Denver" in 2011 - I will vouch for that. (Be sure to download the PDF version of their menu to see all of the veg options noted on the menu)
