Good Vegan Options - Edit
We found Pho 747 to be a surprising dining option in Lakewood. There were at least 7 vegan entrees. The menu states that their "vegetarian" options include no meat or fish products. We dined on all veggie options including: Spring Rolls - Goi Cuon Chay, Rice Noodle Soup - Pho Chay, and Rice Noodle - Bun Xao Chay. All were very good. The pho broth was light and flavorful and the rice noodles had an excellent sauce. All were served with ample, fresh vegetables. We will definitely return again.
