Absolutely delicious and very generous serving sizes. We very much enjoyed the veg spring rolls, the veg pancake which was filled with tofu and vegetables, and the lemongrass and ginger tofu with garlic rice. Clearly marked vegetarian section which states that soy rather than fish sauce is used. To be sure, let them know you are vegan.

Good vegan options - Edit
There is a vegetarian menu and items can be made vegan. We had tofu rice paper rolls, veggie spring rolls, vegan pho with rice noodles and lemongrass stir fry tofu. Good value for money and nice fresh food.

I visit this restaurant almost every time I am in town. As one of the few places that offers vegetarian and vegan options, they're already in the top percentile in Lithgow, but the food makes them the absolute pinnacle. With a dedicated vegetarian menu that can be altered to be vegan (in most cases), there's lemongrass tofu, stir-fries, phos, and many other delights to be found. The service is always top-notch, and the food incredible. Well worth dropping in on!
