Pho 🍜 - Edit

The veggie tofu pho is my go to and honestly the best pho I’ve had in a while! It’s such a comfort meal!

Pros: Love the staff , Vegan pho options

Cons: Not many vegan options

Now called "What the Pho" - Edit

They've retained alot of the more popular dishes from before, but added Chinese cuisine as well. The vegan pho is still mediocre.

Fresh, flavorful, lots of options. - Edit

I have to admit, I didn't realize how many vegan options can be found with Vietnamese cuisine. There are several sections on the menu labeled veggie and vegetarian, and they list things as ham sandwich, veggie beef pho, fish in a clay pot. I asked the man who took care of us about the items, sauces and broths because it seemed like it was a misinterpretation on vegetarian/vegan, assuming I'd be disappointed. But he kindly explained to me that those items were fake meat with no animal products. At that point I happily opted for the veggie chicken pho, which was amazing!! I will be going back to try many more items as they are affordable, tasty and service is great. I couldn't find a full menu elsewhere online and forgot to take a pic, but there are many dishes to choose from.

Pros: Very fresh food and great flavor., Vegan dishes you won't typically find!, Friendly service.
