Friendly Service but Funky Broth / Tofu - Edit

Ordered the vegan pho option #39. Broth had a weird flavor (not very umami). It tasted like walking into Hobby Lobby after they just put out Christmas decorations.

It included “veggie ham” what ever that is... it tasted bland and had an undesirable texture. The tofu was rubbery and tasted so-so. Veggies in the pho were good (carrots and baby bok choy).

I’ve had a lot of good vegan pho but this ain’t it.

Pros: Kind service, Good veggies

Cons: Funky broth, “Veggie ham” 🤮

Great tasting - Edit

Now they only have a one bowl that is vegan but they will also make vegan spring rolls if you ask and they are delicious. Very accommodating to anyone who is vegan and they go out of their way to make sure your food is great.

Pros: Great flavor vegan broth , Friendly service

Cons: Don’t take American Express, Would like more options

Great new pho find!! No MSG!! - Edit

Great welcome coming in! The ladies were very welcoming and helpful. Vegan options. They made the spring roll vegan when asked and suggested the #39 pho: veggie broth, veggies and tofu. The broth is by far my favorite veggie I’ve ever had!! Must try!

Pros: Great service , Fabulous flavors , No MSG
