Amazing meal - Edit
We recently moved to Vermont and have been trying different places. Today is my birthday, and we wanted a special occasion type place, and this hit the nail on the head. Beautiful, rustic charm in the barn/dining room, attentive and efficient service, and delicious food. It's a pre fixe menu that changes weekly and seasonally and had many vegetarian options already built in. They can accommodate vegan as well, although since this was my first visit, I stuck with the vegetarian options already listed. The first course salad, 2nd course rice porridge, 3rd course roasted carrots and 4th course ginger cake were all spot on. Beautifully presented, super tasty, and all worked well together as a meal. I could easily see how all of these could be veganized and remain super tasty. This will definitely go into our rotation. Ambiance, food, service...has it all!!
