Vegan restaurant in the city center. Has a selection of prepared meals and choices from a menu; non spicy food is available. Soy based mock meats and tofu, as well as soy milk made with five varieties of beans. Has a very clean restroom. Small premises, friendly and welcoming. Motorcycle parking on a main road in the city. Cheap and authentic. - Edit
We went there two times and kept it simple with pad Thai and fried rice. The owner doesn't speak much English, but we used Google Translate to communicate. She seemed very nice. There were some snacks we liked as well that we took with us. Very cheap food and seems very authentic.

We found this place be chance ...
The restaurant is new (just opened in 2016), the owner is a woman from Thaiwan, she doesn't speak good english but she very nice and welcoming and all menu is in english.
There is a good food variety going from sushi and sandwich to local thai food ( curries and noodle soups and others ... )
Pros: Very tasty food !!! , Good prices/portion, Nice and Clean
