Simple veggie menu in the jungle

I had a tofu salad ( 100 baht) that was a simple salad of veggies, lettuce and tofu on top. They have vinegar and oil and some other western spices you may add. The resort is about 20 min drive from Krabi, you will pass the tiger cave temple on the way there. The location is very beautiful in the jungle next to karst mountains. They rent lodges that cost 600 baht a night (price in April-May, high season must be more expensive).
