Tasty vegan tapas - Edit

The vegan tapas options are wonderful. The spring rolls and spicy peanut noodles are delicious. The quesadilla with house made tortillas and beans can be made vegan (without cheese) and is very tasty. Lovely farm to table restaurant and friendly service.

Amazing spot for gluten-free vegans (and everyone else, too!) - Edit

Peyton Place is everything I love in a dining out experience: #1 tapas/small plates format so you can have a variety of flavors and textures, #2 lots of different cuisines, all somehow done equally well, #3 locally sourced ingredients, and #4 an exceedingly cozy atmosphere. I would give them 5-stars if Happy Cow allowed. Yes, they serve meat, but half the menu is vegetarian and/or vegan, and a good portion is also gluten-free. (And not in that "oh, here's a sorry slice of GF replacement bread" kind of way - it's just good food that happens to be GF or all veg.) Plus, the owner and staff are clearly passionate about their food and have no problem remembering what works for what dietary restriction.

We got everything off the vegan & gluten-free menu, and even doubled up on the mushroom tempura - they were THAT tasty! Top that off with a shrub cocktail (so many enticing ones to choose from) and some fresh local plum sorbet? Absolutely delicious. Not to mention, very reasonably priced.

Highly recommended for everyone, but especially for gluten-free vegans.
