Will not accommodate vegan. - Edit
I called and was making a reservation. The woman asked about dietary restrictions and I said that I am vegan. She said Petra is not able to accommodate a vegan. 1 star as they don’t have anything for vegans - but want to share for awareness.

Incredible Fine Dining Experience - Edit
When it comes to vegan fine dining in Santorini with a stunning caldera view, it doesn't get much better than Petra. Chef Vassilis and his team have done a great job creating a unique vegan tasting menu which can be ordered as is, or a la carte as individual courses.
