Good to have an option at the airport - Edit
They made me a sandwich with veggies that I picked, with garlic infused olive oil. The staff didn’t know what vegan is, but told me that all of the sauces contain milk products. The orange juice was really sour. No vegan cookie on display when I was there at 1:30 am.

Make a personal vegan sandwich and they have vegan cookies! - Edit
We arrived at the airport at 4am and this place was open and allowed us to make a personal vegan sandwich with capers, avocado, oil, vinegar, lettuce, and tomato. bonus they have one vegan pastry (a vegan cookie!).
