Delightful, seasonal vegetable cooking

One of the best fine dining experiences i’ve had with really thoughtful and delicious vegan food. I had roast pumpkin with crispy sage and balanced with some sweetness in the dressing. Romanesco cauliflower for the main - but so much more than a half cauliflower i’ve had before. Properly deep flavoured with roast garlic and pommegranite seeds. For dessert I had chocolate mousse layered with super light, tasty biscuits.
