Backwaren vegan gekennzeichnet - Edit
Alle Backwaren waren ausgeschildert und mit Symbolen versehen, so kann man leicht erkennen, was vegan ist😄das finde ich super, hat nicht jede Bäckerei! Allerdings konnte ich außer den standardmäßigen Backwaren keine weiteren veganen Produkte, wie z.B. Snacks, finden :(.

They care not. Two items labeled (plain pretzels but no plant fat (margarine 'schmear') available; and one falafel bowl). Very high quality. Two staff members said they did not know what vegan means and did refuse to read the labels. One senior person knew more (read the labels) and prepared a beautiful falafel bowl. In middle of town, easy to reach by bus f/ central train station. Around forty seats inside. Seems to be a "something happened here" situation.

We went there for breakfast and they have some labeled vegan option and oatmilk ( 0.50 €). The vegan chocolate buns are delicious and the Falafel bowl is tasty, but a bit pricy (8.90 €)

Delicious salade with fresh bread - Edit
The salad was very tasty and rich in ingredients. Couscous, falafel, pomme granate, veggies and various options for dressing. For a small village like Gaggenau a real nice place fit a vegan.
