A good place for hard-to-find ingredients - Edit

Not a lot of vegan or veg options. - Edit
We took a detour to come here based on the reviews. The cafe consisted of 2 soups, A refrigerator full of sandwiches/wraps, some smoothies, and some baked goods.
Read moreThere were only two vegan options. One was a carrot soup and the other was a veggie wrap. Neither of which looked all that appetizing.
This is definitely not worth the 30 minute detour…. Best to either go to Schenectady / Albany, or if you’re going the other direction Syracuse…

Tasty Lentil Soup, Nice Health Store Selections - Edit
This was a great stop on road trip back from the Adirondacks! This health food store had a great selection of foods, some bulk options, and a café with hot drinks, smoothies, juices, and some food options. We got their lentil soup to go. It’s really tasty and they let us sample it first so we could make sure we liked it.
Read moreWe also got a vegan Chia bar which I’m excited to try. And picked up some snacks for the road including vegan cheese puffs, boom Chicka pop popcorn, dried prunes, dried apricots.
It was a quick solid stop and now we’re all fueled up we were able to use the bathroom and are ready to hit the road again! Four stars only because the café could’ve used some more vegan options. The rest seemed great. The service was awesome too.

Great vegan meal & then grocery shop!! - Edit
My boyfriend and often visit Peter's Cafe, where they have many breakfast and lunch vegan options.. they often have fresh baked vegan goodies as well. Then we shop the great selection in the grocery section

Amazing Store - Edit
I absolutely love this store. Not only does it have all the essentials from nuts and dried fruits to grains, baking goods, fresh produce, and even vegan desserts, but it also has beauty products, cleaning supplies, supplements, sports nutrition, a station to make your own fresh nut butters, and even a sit down cafe with coffee, smoothies, salads and more. This store is so wonderful that I throw grammatical caution to the wind and express my excitement in run on sentences!

Everything I need - Edit
This store is very nice, it has a wide variety of things, and a cafe attached to it. I found vegan marshmellow fluff which I've never seen anywhere else (except online which comes with the shipping and the cold pack expense). If your a vegan, vegetarian, someone with a hunger for healthy eating, or just someone with certain food allergies, Peter's has something for you. Enjoy. (p.s. a little more pricey with some food items but generally affordable)

We love visiting Peter's Cornucopia! The food is fresh, organic, with many vegetarian and vegan friendly options. The non-vegetarians that we've brought loved it too! They also offer raw food and kid friendly items.
