Beautiful location & amazing vegan food - Edit
There are several vegan options, all of which clearly labelled. My baked potato with mixed salad, couscous, grilled vegetables and olives tasted really amazing and the price was absolutely reasonable. The staff were very friendly and my waitress was even a vegan herself! The outdoor seating was just perfect on a hot summer day but I must say that the interior looked absolutely beautiful and would be perfect for colder or rainy days. This is by far the best option for eating out in Ingelheim!

Nice place for vegans and vegetarians - Edit
The Peter&Silie is one of the few Restaurants in Ingelheim, offering vegan options. At the time I was looking for a restaurant, it was the only one wich had opend. It was a very hot summer day, so I was happy to find a place at the big area for outddorseating. My waitress was friendly and vegan herself. The food was tasty and the price okay.

Also the name "Peter&Silie" sounds somehow like organic and vegetarian we were a little bit disappointed about the choice of vegan/vegetarian dishes and the related prices.

Nicht günstig aber ganz lecker - Edit
Das Petersilie hat 3 vegane Hauptgerichte und eine vegane Suppe, leider keine Desserts (alles deutlich gekennzeichnet). Ich hatte das Linsengemüse mit Räuchertofu und Salat, was ganz lecker geschmeckt hat aber mit 10,90 ein bisschen überteuert war. Die Salatbeilage hätte für den Preis echt grösser sein können.
