Amazing Food--Amazing Experience!! - Edit
We came to Peter and Chia’s House, Saginaw, Michigan, as vegetarian visitors to Saginaw. We have literally never received a warmer welcome at ANY eating establishment! Peter rules the wok, while Chia (and on the weekend, their grown children) run the front of this tiny, very busy restaurant (2 tables!) It’s easy to see why customers come from as far away as Ohio: the food is spectacular. We shared an appetizer of vegan curry fries: mega fried potato wedges immersed in your choice of curry at your choice of heat! The times Chia is not too busy, she is happy to advise you on what kind of curry to choose, as well as on any other food selection matter! She keeps lists of her regulars’ allergies. Peter washes the wok when he is cooking for someone with Celiac disease! She shared that this appetizer is an invention of Peter’s, of which they’re justly very proud. We shared an entrée of Drunken Noodles, Thai noodles in carmelized wine sauce, with egg if you are not vegan. The noodles were soft and chewy, the sauce was slightly sweet, and the fried tofu (your choice of protein) was not dry, but rather bathed in the sauce. Vegan Pad Park was our second entrée, a wonderful collection of vegetables (and tofu) in a creamy Thai coconut sauce. We didn’t come close to finishing any of the dishes—they will feed us in our hotel room and Airbnb. If you visit, tell Chia that Anne and Robert from Chicago sent you!

Cons: It's tiny--2 tables for the luck. Mostly take-out., We watched other people wait.

great takeaway with a separate vegan menu. the pho has one of the most flavorful non-meat broths i’ve ever tried and i am from southern california. everything else is just OK. very nice owners. parking lot is a little risky if you have a lowered car.

Cons: long wait (call to order in advance), small seating area

excellent food & service - Edit
has a separate vegan menu which also includes a few gluten free options. I was offered a free sample of some dairy free Thai tea, too! tastes amazing. I wasn't sure what meal to order so I asked for a recommendation and tried tofu Chow Fun with mild spice. it was fresh, delicious, unique yet heartwarming. I took about half of my food home since the portion was pretty decently sized! Our server was very generous and friendly. Definitely a new favorite restaurant of mine, will be stopping here more often.

Diamond in the rough - Edit
I must admit that I wouldn't have discovered this gem, had it not been for Happy Cow. Small building alongside the road, not very noticeable. But it was well worth it. The fact that they have a separate vegan menu makes them stand out in this area. The food was really tasty! I would definitely visit again!
