Too spicy and I can handle the heat! 🌶️

Warning- I visited here with my partner who is half Indian and her dad who can handle his Indian spice. We asked for medium for all dishes, the saag and dhal. When it arrived it was all SO spicy, like unbearable. Don’t get me wrong, the flavours were amazing but the heat just ruined the experience to be honest. Pleasant staff, nice surroundings, cute cats just chilling around us 🐈

Pros: The cats, Lots of choice , Tasty but too hot

Cons: TOO HOT 🥵

Amazing taste, ridiculous spice levels!

The food is incredibly authentic and tasty here, but, despite asking for mild and medium spices, the food was extremely spicy. (Note: I regularly eat spicy food and can tolerate heat!)

The staff were pleasant enough.

Lots of vegan options and certain staff were well aware of the vegan diet (though throughout the area ensure they are aware paneer and yoghurt isn’t vegan)

Pros: Vegan options

Cons: Spice took over the taste , Expensive

Good

Nice place with plenty of vegan options, as you’d expect from an Indian restaurant. However, as others have noted, they don’t accept changes to the menu, like adding or replacing ingredients. It’s also a good (and quite popular) place for shisha, so if that matters to you, be mindful that there might be people smoking nearby

Nice Indian food

Lovely setting, nice food. They weren't willing to make changes to the menu e.g. make a vegetable korma for my vegetarian boyfriend, or add more vegetables to the jackfruit curry.

They don't have mango chutney which is a must for me with a curry, but the tamarind chutney was a nice alternative.

Pros: Saag Aloo was nice, Lots of vegan options clearly labelled

Cons: Unwilling to make small changes to the menu

The food offering for vegans is great - cocktails unreal.

Seriously wonderful food - a massive selection for vegans. To the point that the waiter suggested we’d ordered TOO MUCH. I ignored him and so glad I did haha.
The cocktail menu is also vast - and the drinks on offer are of fantastic quality. A very well thought drinks menu.
The decor is also fantastic. The security guard even stayed an extra hour to let me watch the end of the cricket. Fantastic staff.

Pros: Menu, vast vegan options. Great good. , Cocktails, best on the island , Staff, accommodating and friendly.

Great vibe and vegan options

This is definitely a cool spot to visit for dinner. Love the lights and ambiance. Lots of choices on the menu clearly labeled. I ordered a curry with pumpkin and I really liked it.

Lots of Vegan options

Lovely food and plenty of decent options. I asked them to make a Jackfruit Vindaloo and they made a pretty decent one to be fair. Also Vegan onion bhaji which is like rocking horse [censored] normally. Poppadoms were huge as well.

Pros: Lots of Vegan options , Onion bhajis are awesome

Cons: None

Delicious Indian food

They have classic Indian dishes but also vegan Indian burrito. We had the Masala chickpea, Chapati bread and burrito which was all so good!

Pros: A nice variety of vegan options, Friendly staff, Cats chilling in the restaurant
