Very nice but be careful: Not 100% vegan! - Edit
Its a very nice place but on Happy Cow you find it as vegan restaurant but they also serve vegetarian dishes! I had the burger as vegan version which was nice.

A Real nice place to hang out and eat something - Edit
I enjoyed this place a lot, it was the only open fully vegan place at the moment (they have some vegetarian options). The carrot cake was out of this world for me, potato pancakes were a little dissapointig, felt bland (ok tho) and the zapiekanka was satisfying. Overall very nice and cozy place with helpful staff.

Lovely culture hub of Toruń - Edit
It’s a great place to enjoy coffee, cake or a drink with some good bar/fast food. A place I visited often when living in Toruń and still do when I have a chance. Great for a meet-up with friends, concerts or board games. Lovely art exhibits and always nice atmosphere.

Nice space - Edit
The place itself is cool, but more for a drink. Food was very average and lacked flavour.

Best vegan Chillout area - Edit
PERS is an amazing place to hang out and eat something. During our stay in Torun we visited multiple times as it is the best chillout area. The staff speaks English and they have an English menu. They have board games, big areas to sit and eat, an outside area and a simple menu to eat with reasonable prices.

Artsy, underground vibe - Edit
PERS stands for Space of Social Reality Elements
Read more(in Polish: Przestrzen Elementów Rzeczywistosci Spotecznejl.) They’re artsy, queer inclusive, all vegan and make pretty good food.
The space gets busy on the weekends so reservations may be needed. This bar cafe has board games (uno, exploding kittens, code names, and Dixit) and free wifi with the password posted on the board by the bar. They don’t have 100 menu options, but I enjoyed the place, service, food and vibes.
I preferred the potato pierogi to the “Mexican” styled ones. The potato just tasted better and the others tasted kind of vinegary and a tad spicy. I think the flavour and seasoning needs improvement, but both had great color, texture and shape. The potato cakes were so delicious! I would order that again.
They have a variety of drinks and a large hot chocolate for 10pł! Foamy and deliciously warm, I highly recommend. I’m waiting on them to get kombucha on the menu. Interestingly, almond milk costs 1pł extra, but all other plant milks are free. I don’t know why the charge that, but I like that idea, as people are more likely to choose then a more environmental plant milk, since almonds have the huge bee slavery issue. (Honestly not sure about the other plants, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they all did. I only know the almond problem from the documentary More Than Honey”). Well, small steps.

It was very nice and seems like quite the social space. For a small town like this, I’m so glad they have a few fully vegan places!

Great meeting place in Toruń - Edit
Chill atmosphere and great vegan comfort foods. Absolutely love the whole menu, with vietnamese sub and "fish" burger being my go to dishes everytime I'm there. Climatic interior, a plenty of drinks to choose from (both with and without alcohol) and long running hours during the weekend make it a great place to hang out with friends! Also available in delivery. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Toruń!
