2 Delicious Vegan Entrees - Edit
We enjoyed the Vegan Fajitas and the Vegan Plaza Enchiladas -- both clearly marked "Vegan" on the menu. They were both delicious. The enchiladas were filled with calabacitas, onions, poblanos, and corn, smothered in a savory salsa verde.
