Impossible overload - Edit
Pepito's has several vegan options including their HUGE Impossible Burger. The pattie itself was super thick and probably 3x what I'm used to getting with veggie burgers. It was also loaded with mushrooms and caramelized onions. Very "meaty." This was extremely filling to say the least. I almost didn't finish it... Almost. #Veganuary
