Flavourful Surprise in the Middle of NSW - Edit
What a piece of magic to find in the middle of Rylstone! Sensational US-angled Mexican deliciousness that kept the whole family entertained and well fed, with our eldest continuing to speak about the experience days afterwards. Holly and Grant do a superb job of building on the great food with a warming atmosphere that fits picture-perfectly into the whole country town vibe, I can't help thinking this is a piece of culinary sorcery that Mudgee knows that it's missing!
Read moreFor me, the simplest and most potent salsa verde anchored every flavour in its place, and as vegans, there were so many opportunities on offer. We tried the filling burritos with beans and the fantabulous fajitas on a sizzling plate. Perfection.
And don't get us started on those margaritas! Best in the world and they're working on new flavours as we speak. Get in there and find your inner (or outer) sombrero!
