People's organic has a bunch of clearly marked vegan options. Filling salads, sandwiches, soups, and other entree items + a dessert case. They do espresso drinks, and have hemp (!!!!!!!), almond, coconut, and soy milks. There's a full bar as well! Definitely a place to stop while in Fargo.
Pros: Clearly marked vegan options, Organic items, Drive-through window
Cons: Pricey -- soup, salad, and iced mocha was $37.
