Gave me raw veggie burger that was still frozen in middle and took 20 minutes to get my meal and not crowded - Edit
I was with my friends who wanted to eat there so my husband and I got the veggie burger and he got fries and I got onion rings. I normally only eat whole food plant based but decided this would be fun. My husband and I got our veggie burgers 20 minutes after our friends got their meal so they were finished. When my meal came my veg burger was pink in middle and looked actually like beef. It was awful and I could tell it probably wasn’t a veggie burger but I can’t prove that. I sent my meal back and 20 more minutes I got my well cooked veggie burger but they left my same onion rings on the plate and they were cold. By that time I had lost my appetite so I threw my meal away. I won’t return.

Bun isn’t vegan - Edit
The impossible burger is not fully vegan as the bun has egg in it. If you get the impossible burger you will have to ask for a lettuce wrap.

Just okay - Edit
The impossible burger was fine, the fries were a little undercooked. It made me feel sick after eating though, not sure why.

Not bad for burger and fries - Edit
The only vegan option is an Impossible burger and it was pretty good. Definitely thankful for an easy lunch option while walking and shopping in Estes Park.

Standard burger - Edit
Wish there was a side option besides fries. Standard impossible burger.

Solid Burger Spot - Edit
Just one vegan option but not a bad one! Old-school burger place with a lot of Coca-Cola memorabilia as decorations.

Good burger - Edit
We were looking for a good lunch spot with options for omnivores and kids, and this was wonderful. Flavorful Impossible burger with all the toppings, and crunchy fries. They have a pretty simple menu, so don’t expect anything else. The decorations showcase photographs of early Estes Park and a huge collection of Coca-cola memorabilia.

Good if you're looking for something to eat - Edit
Penelope's has an Impossible burger with fries, and although it was not the best burger I've eaten, it was something to fill us up when we were looking for lunch. If you've had an Impossible burger from any restaurant that's not fully vegan or necessarily "vegan-friendly", then you've had an Impossible burger from Penelope's.
