Best Vegan spot in Richmond - Edit

The reason I say this is the best Vegan spot in Richmond is that they have completely separate equipment in their kitchen for all of their Vegan options. The food is very good and their prices are reasonable. The have daily specials and one even includes a Vegan brownie.

Pros: Vegan safe, Excellent food, Great specials

Good food in not so expected area - Edit

The place is right smack in the middle of business offices, somewhere I never expected it to be and looking from the outside you would never have thought the inside is so open and spacious. I love their cali-mex and how vegan friendly it is. My favorite is their fish-taco and they have happy hours too.

SO Many Choices! - Edit

Lots of choices for the vegan here! My husband is not vegan and had an omelette but I went for vegan versions of the fish taco (tofu) and carne asada taco (gardein). Tasty and freshly made guacamole as well. Worth the drive for me and totally worth a trip off the beaten path for anyone not in the area. Oh and Saturdays are 25% off vegan items!

Pros: lots of vegan options, 25% off vegan options on Saturday

Cons: a little pricy for the portions (but worth it), hidden in an industrial area (look for the blue aw

great. - Edit

As others have said, the outside is unassuming and therefore a bit hard to find, but it's worth it!

Before becoming vegan, Mexican food was my favorite cuisine and I hated giving up nachos.

I ordered the nachos vegan here (discount on Saturday yay!) and they did not disappoint. Can't wait to try other stuff.

They will veganize almost everything on the menu and it's a great casual place to go with my omni parents.

BEST FOOD EVER - Edit

We stopped by this place on our way flack from Williamsburg. When we pulled into the parking lot.. We thought we might have the wrong place... And it looked odd being located in an industrial area.
We went in.. The place was very cute inside and looked more like a restaurant than the outside.
Anyway the food was amazing. They have tons of fake meat subs, vegan cheese, vegan sourcream. We ate til we couldn't. We ended up ordering 4 meals!!
You need to go now!

I wish I could live here - Edit

The vegan options at this place are out of control. They cost a little bit extra, but are some of the best vegan dishes I've had in the city. The Hang Ten burrito and The Curl are my favorites at the moment, and I'm slowly trying every single vegan option they have (which are numerous.) Everything I've had has been dope, and the portions are big. I'm obsessed. Happy cow won't let me give 5 stars because they also have meat dishes, but I would if I could.

Word.

If you haven't been, go there now! - Edit

I love this place, everything about it. Fantastic staff, beautifully decorated, great food.

I have had the burritos and the tacos at Pelon's a few times now. The "dude" with fake steak is my favorite.

Everything can be made vegan. They have fake chicken, fish, steak and cheese.

25% off vegan dishes on Saturdays.

It is in a bit of a strange area, very industrial. Near strangeways brewery.
