10/10 vegan tasting menu - Edit
Vegan option must be declared on booking. They put a lot of effort into making sure the vegan tasting menu is just as special as the non-vegan option.

Powerful variety of flavours and textures - a lot of creativity went into these dishes. Very friendly staff and located in a beautiful courtyard next to the cathedral in Sibenik. Expensive but you are paying for a unique experience, not just a meal.

Obviously you expect a certain level of service and quality eating at a restaurant like this, and Pelegrini definitely delivered. After naming our dietary restrictions, a 7-course tasting menu was created accommodating them with no problem. Great meal!

Michelin-starred restaurant that offers vegan menu upon specification by reservation (also possible in online reservation system). It’a more expensive than other restaurants in Sibenik, but the experience itself is magical. Pure art.
