Big portions,tasty food - Edit
Used Peking garden express on Nelson terrace many times now, the salt and pepper tofu, which isn't on the vegetarian menu (specify vegan in the comment section when ordering online) is accidentally vegan, and is bursting with tofu, biggest portions I've ever had.The mock duck /chicken fried rice(no egg) dishes are the same, full of Seitan. We place a £50 order generally, and it's normally ready in 30 minutes, usually on a Sunday lunch time so maybe a bit quieter.Highly recommend if you love tofu and seitan.

Read moreFood arrived in good time. Piping hot which is great as I ordered from 10 miles away.
Nice delivery driver she had my change at the ready.
I ordered spicy mix veg vermicelli.
Stir fried Chinese leaf.
Food was fresh and there was plenty of options. Easy to use website.
I should of maybe got a sauce as the food didn't excite my taste buds enough. Nice subtle flavours though.
Id definitely eat from them again.
There's probably more things on the menu that is vegan but wasn't in vegan section.. I may be wrong. The chestnuts for example.
Pros: Great delivery service., Great food., Plenty of options.

Cross the mountains to Peking - Edit
An extremely popular place where booking is highly advisable. There is one set price and you can literally eat as much as you want. For the vegetarian menu which is pretty much 90% vegan it’s a fair £18. There are many soups, starters, mains and side dishes to choose from it’s reassuringly overwhelming. We went for the noodle soup, mock shredded duck with pancakes, a mock chicken curry and a sumptuous bean curd in black bean sauce all served with sides of boiled rice and mushroom fried rice without egg as vegan of course. The food was of a high standard and absolutely delicious, nicely washed down with a couple of pints of Asahi Dry. Then, believe it or not it was off to the Stockton ARC to see the rather aptly named China Crisis.

Cons: Can get really busy , Food wasted as people order too much
