Although I much rather go to locally owned restaurants I can't say anything bad about Pei Wei. They let you customize the food, such as which veggies you want, extra tofu, asking for sauce on the side or for the tofu to be steamed instead of stir fried. If you mention that you have an allergy they take extra precautions to avoid cross contamination with other foods. The Aventura location seems to always be busy but if you're in the area and want something fast casual this spot is worth going to.
