A lot of options when it comes to cinnamon rolls, all vegan. I am a fan of the more basic rolls, with lavender and lemon. But there are also options with a lot of vegan cream. Great!

This is now in the city center of Hasselt.
We stopped by at the beginning of Summer, and bought some cakes, rolls, donuts.
Nice selection of pastry, although all quite in the same 'cube shaped style' and dense cheese like texture, and on the expensive side.
The lady serving us was very reserved, definitely not in for some chit chat or a smile.

What can I say, it's plant-based cinnamon rolls, you can't go wrong with that. Even so, these rolls are exceptional. The different variations are changed frequently, with a few options that are on the menu permanently. Our favourites are the "limoen-lavendel" (lime-lavender) and "speculoos-amandel" (biscoff-almond). I myself am not much of an Instagram-person, but if you are, you better get your camera ready for these beauties.

I went here October last year. I was very curious since I heard a lot of good things about this shop. And they were all right! These cinnamonrolls are BOMB 🔥 I got the Koekjeskoek, which consists of buttercream, a cookie and chocolate sprinkles, Lotus Cream, which was buttercream mixed with Lotus Biscoff cookies, and the Mango, my favorite (sadly that one was a seasonal topping) I was hoping to save some to eat at home, but they were so good I ate them all there and on the train. Definitely visit when you are in Hasselt, vegan or not!

I heard a lot of good things about the cinnamon rolls of Peas, so when i had the chance i had to test one of them. I choose the cinnamon roll with mokka flavor. The cinnamon roll was perfect (not to soft or to hard), and when you bite in it you taste first the mokka and afterwards the cinnamon.

Back when they had other options, I used to go here more often, I loved the bites. I myself am not a huge fan of cinnamon rolls, so I kinda stopped going..I guess it's just a taste preference cause my friends love this! And they put hard work and lots of love into their food. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the muffins are great!
